Russian Salad


Easy to prepare and great for parties !


Russian Salad Recipe (salade russe)

SERVINGS & SCALING
Original recipe yield: 10-12 servings

INGREDIENTS
600-800 gms Frozen Mixed Vegetables
4 medium potatoes (boiled)
6 Eggs (boiled)
1 cup low fat / reduced fat Mayonnaise (chopped)
1 tablespoon course black pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. Boil and Peel Potatoes , allow to cool , cut into bitsize pieces
2. Boil and Peel Eggs , allow to cool , discard the yolk , cut the egg whites in bit size pieces
3. Boil the frozen vegetables , allow to cool
4. Mix in the potatoes , egg whites and vegetables with the mayo
5. chill it for 1-2 hours and you are ready to serve
